Responsibilities

* Lead the criminal team and drive practice growth

* Build and maintain client relationships

* Oversee operational, financial, and BD decisions

Requirements

* Existing Partner or strong Senior Associate ready for partnership

* Proven track record in criminal litigation

* Strong client following preferred
