The firm is expanding its criminal disputes team and is seeking a confident Associate to handle a steady flow of litigation files. You will run your own matters with guidance where needed, while gaining deep exposure to criminal defence, regulatory offences, and trial advocacy.

Responsibilities

* Manage assigned criminal files independently

* Draft representations, mitigation pleas, and legal submissions

* Conduct client interviews and manage expectations

* Support trial teams and run parts of trials where relevant

* Assist in white-collar and regulatory investigations

* Mentor trainees or interns when needed

Requirements

* 2–4 PQE in criminal litigation

* Strong advocacy and drafting skills

* Comfortable managing clients in sensitive matters

* Ability to work in a fast-paced disputes environment
