We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead significant criminal defence files, supervise junior lawyers, and work directly with Partners on high-stakes litigation. This is a strategic role with strong exposure to complex criminal matters and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Lead defence strategy on serious offences and complex trials

* Manage junior associates, trainees, and interns

* Oversee drafting, research, and evidence preparation

* Provide strong client management and courtroom advocacy

* Participate in business development and client training

Requirements

* 5–8 PQE in criminal litigation

* Excellent advocacy and courtroom instincts

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to handle voluminous or sensitive matters
