Overview:

Excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer to join our client’s highly regarded team. This role offers the chance to contribute your expertise to a reputable law firm and support clients through complex and sensitive family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of family law cases including divorce, custody, maintenance, matrimonial assets, family violence, adoption, and succession planning.
• Conduct client consultations, provide clear and practical legal advice, and develop case strategies.
• Draft, review, and file court documents including pleadings, affidavits, and submissions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations before the Family Justice Courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive advice where family law intersects with other areas.

Requirements:

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with a valid Practicing Certificate.
• 2–5 years PQE in Family Law preferred (freshly called lawyers with strong interest may also be considered).
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Empathy, patience, and resilience when handling sensitive cases.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with professionalism and integrity.
