A well-regarded firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Family Lawyer who is passionate about matrimonial, custody, and protection matters. This role offers strong training, client-facing opportunities, and exposure to civil/criminal work if desired.

Responsibilities

* Assist senior lawyers with divorce, PPO, maintenance, and custody matters

* Draft affidavits, statements, and court documents

* Conduct research and prepare submissions

* Attend court hearings and mediation sessions

* Manage client communication and expectations

* Provide support in case strategy meetings

Requirements

* NQ–1 PQE

* Strong interest in family litigation

* Good emotional intelligence and client-handling skills

* Strong drafting abilities
