Responsibilities
* Manage matrimonial files independently
* Draft divorce pleadings, affidavits, and submissions
* Conduct mediation and negotiation
* Work on cross-border or high-conflict matters
* Guide trainees and interns
* Collaborate with the civil/criminal teams for hybrid cases
Requirements
* 2–4 PQE in Family Law
* Strong communication and drafting skills
* Confident managing sensitive client matters
